Seeking Tips to ID Palm Harbor Car Burglary Suspect

According to detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, there have been multiple car burglaries in Palm Harbor in the area of Tampa Road to Alderman Road and Alternate 19 to Belcher Road. The first incident occurred on February 11, 2014 and the most recent incident occurred on the evening of Monday, March 11, 2014. The suspects enter unlocked cars and remove items from inside the vehicles. At times, the vehicles have been stolen when the keys have been left inside. There has not been any reported sign of forced entry to any of the vehicles. During the most recent incident the suspect is observed walking towards the victim’s driveway, opening the door of the vehicle and entering the vehicle through the driver’s door. The suspect is observed rummaging through the victim’s belongings inside and then exiting the vehicle and walking away from the driveway. The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20’s wearing a light colored t-shirt and shorts with light colored tennis shoes.
