SEEKING TARPON SPRINGS BATTERY SUSPECT

Tarpon Springs Police are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate a battery suspect. According to investigators, shortly after midnight on Sunday, July 24, 2016, while on the wood deck at the Eagle’s Nest Bar, 55-year-old Henry Case sustained a punch to his head, behind his left ear, causing him to the ground. Case did not know who struck him, as there was a large group of people on the deck when the incident occurred. Despite the large crowd, all patrons said they did not witness the altercation and could not provide any suspect information to officers.
